You'll receive a more detailed itinerary at our "Get to Know You" meeting this spring, but here's a sneak peek of your exciting adventure to London!
Friday, May 14
Begin your journey with an overnight flight to London (approximately 7–8 hours), setting the stage for an unforgettable trip.
Saturday, May 15
Touch down in London. While we wait to check into the hotel in the afternoon, we'll kick things off with a literary walking tour of Bloomsbury, the neighborhood surrounding our hotel, to stretch our legs and soak in some local culture.
If the weather isn't on our side, we'll substitute another interesting attraction. After checking in, relax at the hotel before joining us (optional) for a scenic evening walk along the Thames. This walk may move to Sunday following our Welcome Dinner.
Sunday, May 16
Enjoy a traditional English breakfast (included each morning). We'll then board our private motorcoach for a guided half-day sightseeing tour of London, providing a wonderful overview of the city's famous landmarks.
The remainder of the afternoon is yours to explore until we gather in the evening for our Welcome Dinner within walking distance of the hotel.
Monday, May 17
This morning we'll enjoy a leisurely walk to the world-famous British Museum for several hours of exploration.
Afterward, enjoy free time in vibrant Covent Garden where you can shop, dine, or simply soak up one of London's most lively neighborhoods.
Monday and Tuesday activities may be reversed.
Tuesday, May 18
Today we'll take a short bus ride to the new London Museum, located near St. Paul's Cathedral. You'll have time to explore both attractions at your own pace.
Just across the Millennium Bridge you'll also find the Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, all within comfortable walking distance.
Monday and Tuesday activities may be reversed.
Wednesday, May 19
Today we'll travel outside London for a full-day excursion to the historic city of Leicester.
Highlights include a walking tour of the city, a private tour of Leicester Cathedral where King Richard III was reinterred in 2015, and time to visit the King Richard III Visitor Centre along with other historic sites.
Since we'll likely return later in the evening, we recommend keeping your evening free for relaxation.
Thursday, May 20 — A Day to Explore
Today is completely yours. Visit additional London attractions, shop, enjoy local cuisine, discover hidden neighborhoods, or simply relax. London offers endless possibilities.
Friday, May 21 — Your Final Full Day
Another full day to enjoy London at your own pace. Whether you revisit favorite places or discover something entirely new, today is yours to create lasting memories.
Saturday, May 22
It's time to say goodbye to London. We'll depart the hotel in the morning for our airport transfer and return flight home.
